As this exciting new step in your journey unfolds, so does an opportunity for personal growth. The Strong Mommas series is an invitation to prioritize self-care, connection, and rediscovery amidst the beautiful chaos of new parenthood.

Tailored for those 6+ weeks post-birth, this series emphasizes a gradual reintegration into movement. Focused on pelvic floor health, core stability, and progressive strength training, each session is a step towards feeling empowered and connecting with your new body and life as a provider. Open to Level 1 and Level 2 Mommas, with modifications for intensity to meet you where you're at in your healing journey.

Come out and join a supportive community of people sharing the same chapter of life. There will be lots of laughter and movement, with zero judgements, because let's be real, this new life of yours can be a rollercoaster. We get it – there might be days when you just need a good cry. No explanations needed, just the understanding nods of fellow Strong Mommas who've been there too.
