Course Overview
This course is designed for all types of goal-setting and habit-forming such as:
Healthy eating habits, regular exercise, mental health, improved relationships and boundaries, scheduling or organization.
You'll learn to create habits through repetition so that they eventually work like auto-pilot. The new habits will become an automatic part of your day and life and the benefits compounded, giving you more energy, mental space and ease.Â

Accessing the Weekly Lessons
This course is designed to be interactive each week through videos, worksheets, and challenges. Each week, a new unit will be released, ensuring consistent attention to your goals, and actionable steps to take before moving forward with the next steps.
Each week is planned with you in mind, and content is always being updated based on feedback from prior clients. This is designed to keep you engaged each week, satisfied with the content of the course, and most importantly, successful with your progress! No matter if you take advantage of the exclusive personal coaching along the way for accountability, or go it alone, you will be sure to take consistent action and build sustainable habits.

What to Expect
This workshop will be hosted on Kajabi (a very popular online platform), and the weekly lessons will be released every 7 days as we progress, so you won't be overwhelmed with everything at once! You can work on the lessons whenever fits your schedule throughout the week.
Each week it will be about 2-3 hours of your time you’ll invest in your growth, and that can be done whenever and in whatever sized chunks you want; you are in the driver's seat for how this change fits into your life!
You’ll walk away from this experience with the confidence to reach any goal and with a toolbelt full of skills to tackle them. It’s a great way to leave behind all the old habits and self-limiting beliefs that have been holding you back from doing the damn thing you’ve been struggling to do!

About Your Coach
Marnie Slater is a Behaviour Change Specialist from Vancouver Island, Canada. Marnie's main inspiration around the neuroscience of habit building started as a strength and nutrition coach. She kept seeing her clients come to the gym and be fully committed to their workouts, but didn't see the progress they were hoping for. After delving deeper, she saw that people were consistently inconsistent in their daily habits, a primary barrier for so many people on their way to their goals.Â
With her background in psychology, she was spurred on to help people not only reach their desired health goals through the gym but to affect lasting change that would radiate into every facet of their lives. This workshop is a culmination of not only her education in Behavioural Neuroscience, but also her own experiences breaking free from destructive patterns that were holding her back both personally and professionally.
