To ensure optimal scheduling and accommodate the needs of all clients, I have implemented a 24-hour cancellation policy. Your appointments are reserved exclusively for you, and a cancellation with less than 24 hours' notice not only disrupts my schedule but also denies other clients access to that time slot.

Please be aware that if a session is cancelled within 24 hours, it will be considered a fully-paid session, and your card will be charged the full amount or a session deducted from your account.

Given that free consultations are offered as a courtesy, it's essential to emphasize the importance of respecting these appointments. Free consultations fill the space of a potential paying client, and being mindful of your commitment ensures that I can continue providing these complimentary sessions.
